In rare cases where engagement (such as followers, likes, or views) decreases after a completed order, our Refill Policy ensures that you continue to receive the value you paid for.

Policy Overview

Our Refill Policy covers eligible services for a defined period after purchase to replace any drop in numbers that may occur due to platform updates, account activity, or natural fluctuations.

The standard refill period is 30 days from the date of your last purchase. Each unique order is eligible for a maximum of three refill requests within this period.

In certain exceptional circumstances, this period can be extended to 60 days at the discretion of our support team. Orders that are 61 days old or older are not eligible for refills.

Refills are eligible for orders with twenty or more missing likes, views, followers, or similar metrics.

BuyCheapestFollowers does not take into consideration any simultaneous purchases made from other providers. Therefore, we reserve the right to decline refill requests if the decrease in likes, views, followers, or similar metrics is determined to have resulted from services provided by another supplier rather than our own.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a refill:

• The service must have been purchased directly through BuyCheapestFollowers.

• The link, username, or post URL provided during purchase must remain the same.

• The account must remain public and active throughout the coverage period.

• No changes (such as username edits, profile deletions, or privacy restrictions) should occur during the refill period.
  
  

If these conditions are met, your order remains fully eligible for a refill.

How to Request a Refill

If you notice a drop within the eligible period:

2. Please provide the order ID and the original link or username used during your purchase.

3. Our team will review and verify your claim within 24–72 hours.

4. Once approved, the refill process will begin automatically at no extra cost.

We may request screenshots or additional information to validate the refill request if needed.

This policy is reviewed annually or as platform rules evolve.

Exclusions

The Refill Policy does not apply to:

• Orders placed with incorrect or broken links.

• Accounts or content that violate the platform's terms of service.

• Orders impacted by third-party service interference or manual deletion by the user.

• Private accounts or restricted posts are not covered during the specified period.
